No profiling
cookies

madnetai.it does not use profiling, marketing, or statistical analytics cookies. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar, Matomo, and equivalent tools are not installed. No third-party chatbots or widgets are installed.

For this reason, the site does not display a cookie consent banner: there is nothing for which your consent is required.

Cookies,
in brief

Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user's browser. They may be "technical" (necessary for the functioning of the site) or "profiling" (used to track browsing behaviour for advertising or analytical purposes).

The Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante) distinguishes between:

  • technical cookies, which do not require consent (art. 122 Legislative Decree 196/2003);
  • profiling and non-anonymised analytics cookies, which require the user's prior consent.

Cookies
in use

The site is a read-only static site: it does not manage user sessions, has no restricted areas, and does not use shopping carts or interactive forms. Under the intended operating conditions, it does not install its own cookies.

Strictly necessary technical cookies generated by the ASP.NET Core framework may occasionally appear (for example, anti-CSRF tokens in the event of future functionality). In that case, these would exclusively be technical cookies exempt from consent requirements pursuant to art. 122 Legislative Decree 196/2003.

Services that may
read/send information

For the loading of typefaces, pages request resources from the domains fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com (Google Fonts service). According to Google's official documentation, this service does not install cookies in the user's browser, but does involve the transfer of the IP address to Google.

For details on the processing and the legal bases for extra-EU transfers, see sections 2.3 and 6 of the Privacy Policy.

How to manage
