property

All content published on madnetai.it — texts, technical guides, page structures, source code, graphics, layout, logo and trademarks — is protected by Italian and European copyright law (Law no. 633/1941) and trademark law (Legislative Decree no. 30/2005), and is the exclusive property of the Owner or of the respective licensors.

In particular, the technical guides published in the dedicated section are works of creative authorship protected by copyright law.

Licence of use
of content

Unless otherwise explicitly stated on individual pages, the content of this website is published under the notice "All rights reserved". The following are permitted:

  • viewing the content for personal, non-commercial use;
  • sharing direct links to pages of the website;
  • quoting brief extracts, within the limits of the right of reporting and criticism (art. 70 of Law no. 633/1941), always indicating the source (madnetai.it).

The technical guides and other content published on madnetai.it are intended for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute specific professional advice and do not replace a case-by-case assessment by a qualified professional.
